Returns and Exchanges

Savvy Homes offers a 30 Day Return Policy that starts on the day of the product invoice. After 30 days the manufacturer’s warranty process must be followed.

Return requirements:

  1. Items must be in brand new resalable condition, or in the state that they were received. Including its original packaging and accessories, and if applicable no rebates should have been filed and/or claimed. Unless the item was received damaged or defective upon receipt.
  2. Items must be shipped back using a valid tracking number. Return shipping costs is at your own expense.
  3. Product must be received by us within 14 days of return approval and RMA#.

How to make a return:

  1. Email us at Info@savvyhomez.com
  2. Please include the order number and items you wish to return.
  3. We will issue an RMA# and provide the appropriate return address. You will then need to ship the item back using a valid tracking number. If needed we can provide a return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Order cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment with no charges, or restocking fees.
  2. If you wish to cancel your order after its been placed, please email us at info@savvyhomez.com.
  3. Orders typically ships the same day.
  4. Orders shipped will be charged the applicable shipping costs.

Additional information:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of delivery. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to process.
  2. If we provided free shipping, the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received defective.
  3. If you are shipping back an item more than $100, we suggest that you purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the carrier.
  4. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exception: Some items are simply not returnable. Mostly large or special items because of shipping costs and manufacturer return policies. Unless the items received were damaged or defective upon receipt. Items included are: Large major appliances, rotary irons, items in used condition or has been installed.
